I see women of all ages, but specialize in women ages 21-65.  As a wife, mother, community leader, and business owner, I not only have the professional training, but the life experience to give you to tools to start living your life with Passion!

How I Work

I use a Motivational/Performance approach to coaching.  From our initial session, we begin to strategize to help you determine your assets, your strengths, set strategic goals, and help you to take steps to achieve your success.

5 Things I Will Help You Do:

Scheduling

Your sessions are the key to your success!  That means that your ability to find time in your schedule to not only meet with me, but follow up with the plan that we outline will determine your success.

In our initial evaluation session, we will select the time and day of the week that works best for you.  Once that day and time is confirmed, your appointments will be scheduled.

If there is ever a time where a session needs to be rescheduled, I understand. My contract requires 48 hour notice for any changes to sessions.
